2008 - 2009 Sponsorship Packages

A.          Gold Sponsorship (Donation: $1000 and up)

You will receive the following benefits:

·         A large banner advertisement on our webpage for the entire season at least (450x60) pixels

·         Your banner displayed at all our events for one year, provided by you or a DCBC composite.

·         Your advertisement printed on our advertising for the 2008 Bear Invasion Event

·         Full page AD in our Run Book for the 2008 Bear Invasion Event.

·         Your logo sticker on your sponsored items/goods/equipment provided by sponsor

·         Your logo recognizing support in Bear Invasion 2008 related mail sent to the  BI mailing lists.

·         Your promotional material distributed during Bear Invasion events organized by the club, at small $15 stuffing fee for promotional-Sponsor-logo-advertize items.  Sponsor to provide at least 350 pieces at sponsor’s  expense.

·         Public announcement of your corporate name at all Bear Invasion organized events.

·         Your recognition on any Bear Invasion event flyers that is not provided by another sponsor.

B.  Silver Sponsorship (Donation: $500 - $1000)

You will receive the following benefits:

·         A medium banner advertisement on our webpage for the entire season at least (300x40) pixels

·         Your banner displayed at all our events for one year, provided by you or a DCBC composite.

·         Half page AD in our Run Book for the 2008 Bear Invasion Event.

·         Your promotional material distributed during Bear Invasion events organized by the club, at small $15 stuffing fee for promotional-Sponsor-logo-advertize items.  Sponsor to provide at least 350 pieces at sponsor’s  expense.

·         Public announcement of your corporate name at all Bear Invasion organized events

·         Your recognition on any Bear Invasion event flyers that is not provided by another sponsor.

          C.  Bronze Sponsorship (Donation: $100 - $500)

You will receive the following benefits:

·         A small banner advertisement on our webpage for the entire season at least (150x20) pixels

·         Your promotional material distributed during Bear Invasion events organized by the club, at small $15 stuffing fee for promotional-Sponsor-logo-advertize items.  Sponsor to provide at least 350 pieces at sponsor’s  expense.

·         Public announcement of your corporate name during events organized by the club

·         Quarter page AD in our Run Book for the 2008 Bear Invasion Event.

·         Your recognition on any Bear Invasion event flyers that is not provided by another sponsor.

Note: Inclusion of benefits is contingent upon timely receipt of the necessary materials.
